Generally they say Isofix if they are isofix compatible

Joie every stage is belted, Joie every stage fx is isofix if I remember correctly.

There is no every stage seat which is isofix compatible as isofix only supports harnessed seats to 18kg/group 1.

I'd go for the Joie over the Graco myself.

Bertie - you're not correct. Isofix does go beyond 18kg. Our group 2/3 seat is isofix.

Harnessed seats are only supported to 18kg with isofix. Group 2/3 boosters secure the child with the adult seatbelt, the isofix just stops the seat from moving around the car.

The Britax Two Way elite is from 9m-6yrs and if you can get hold of the old style harness it is a seatbelted seat with a harness forward or rear facing until 25kg. The new style harness still goes up to 25kg rear facing but only 18kg forward facing.

I've got the Joie every stage car seat for out transporter. It's belted as we haven't got isofix. Great seat, I'm really impressed with it. My DS2 is only 4 months and he seems very happy in it.
