Recommendations for double buggy

Can anyone recommend a fairly cheap light weight pushchair suitable for a 2yo and 18mo? It's only going to get used once/twice a week when I have my DN so don't want to spend a fortune.
Currently got a kiddicare twin pushchair which Is so heavy to push it's a major workout just doing small journeys

For a 2 year old And 18 month old I would just use a single with buggy board for that one day TBH. Can swap around if needed but 2 year old won't use much longer so a waste if used so little ( plus if they both walk as much as possible, higher chance they both have a long nap at home after)

Trust me 2yo needs to be strapped in he's only just 2 and he's a runner

So you need to get it in / out of the car a lot? If not (and you have a space to store like a garage), you can't beat a Mountain Buggy Duo or Duet for manoeuvrability. Sooo light to push (but not to lift in and out of the car!). Nipper 360 is also good

We love our Baby jogger city select gt but they are £500 brand new. Lots for sale on local Facebook groups though and eBay.

Sorry,just an idea. Ds1 was using buggy board from 15 months so never think a double lasts long
Maybe something like the graco or hauk on here? Can detach back seat when not needed as use as main pram as a single

I have an out n about 360 too. I bought it 2nd hand for £70. It's great to and really easy to manoeuvre. I only got it a few weeks ago. My son is 2.4 amd my little one is 4 months. and I listened to all of the advice of 'just get a buggy board', 'you'll never use a double, don't bother'.
I forked out £80 on an Uppa baby buggy board, and every time we went out, my son (who literally hadn't used his buggy in about 5 months in the build up to ds2 coming) demanded to sit in the buggy just because his brother was so I needed to get a double.
A friend lent me a Phil and teds but my toddler HATED being couped in the underneath seat as he likes to watch out for buses when we go walking. so we got a side by side.

I also vote for the 360 out and about, bloody awesome buggy to manoeuvre! I have an 10 month age gap between my youngest two.
I started out with a Phil ñ teds but didn't like not being able to see baby stuck in his pizza box section of the buggy, (also he had apnea so needed full access ability in case the alarm went off) then I bought a mountain buggy with a carrycot, loved that one just a struggle to fit in the car boot and through doors, next one was a 360 out n about which was awesome fir manoevering but needed by this stage dd2 was keen to walk and had started nursery, last one was a joovey caboose tandem with a rear facing toddler seat with straps and a step which the toddler loved but like most online doubles was a chunk to push! All were second hand and resold for pretty much the same amount.
If I had it over again I would have gone with the mountain buggy with carrycot or the out ñ about!

Mountain Buggy here too. It's ace when out and about, although not small when folded: no good if you drive a Fiat 500! It seems wide, but I've yet to not fit through a shop door. They are £££ new, but you can pick them up second hand for a fraction of the cost with a good resale value if you look after it.

I went with a side by side- bugaboo donkey (19 month difference). Light to push. Can use as a single or double. Parent or world facing for toddler with the carrycot. My DS big for age so wont be in it for long but is comfortable in it for now amd will.sleep in it. Does not fold up small but we have a big boot and is very wide. Expensive but I got mine second hand from eBay.
