Babies feet cold? Bootie recommendations?

My 9m DS feet are so cold with just socks on. I really struggle to get 'shoes' for him in tesco, etc, as the 12-18 don't fit and the 18-24 leave loads of room at the front and come off easily. His feet are quite high but short if that makes sense. Anyone have any recommendations of cosy footwear I could have a look at? Ideally something very soft and plyable.

Thanks in advance :)

H&M has a good range of slippers here, a few of these are for older kids but most come in baby shoe sizes as well as bigger ones.

Jojomaman also has some options here, the cosy knitted slippers look good.

I'd go for a style which opens up and then closes with velcro because it can be tricky trying to squeeze their feet into ones that don't open. Also less likely to fall off.

I used to put my DC in a pair of totes toasties grippy socks with. It also socks underneath. They're very thick and cosy and good for cruising etc. Don't fall off like little shoes do.

Daisy Roots are adorable, stay on and have a good sole for starting to cruise / walk (and they have a great factory shop, if you are anywhere near).
