Feeding issues

My 1 week old have developed feeding issues in the last 3 days. He is formula feed and has started to throw up most of his feeds. Sometimes he'll throw what appears the whole lot up and other times it's just a small amount. I've tried just feeding him small amounts (20ml at a time) then burp him. I do my best to keep him upright for as long as I can at the end of the feed but neither seems to be helping? He does seem to guzzle the milk quickly at times and breathes very fast when he is feeding. He has a slow flow teat on his bottle. He is also wheezing when he is feeding.

Is is this reflux? I don't want to have to give him medicine if it's not reflux and this is just a 'stage' he is going through? I'm a first time mum and was awake the whole night worried about this. Any advice if help would be much appreciated. Thanks. Xx

Is it normal for very young babies to be sick a lot. A new born tummy is only a size of a marble.

Was he born by c section?

Hi I have a few questions about my son. my son is 1 month old and he makes a lot of straining noises while his sleeping. Is this normal ? His very noisy while sleeping always straining and grunting ? It seems to me that his stomach is hurting ? But I burp him in between feeds and I feed him sitting up and make sure his sitting up right for a little while after feeding before I put him to bed. Should I be doing anytime else to soothe his tummy ? I also try gripe water on the occasion that I find it hard to burp him! To be honest I didn't see any difference. Also he has been throwing up in the last few days after every feed? Not projectile vomiting but it's seems to be more then the usual spit up. Straight after throwing up he seems to hungry again then I feed him then the same thing happens again! He has no temperature and his pooing fine should I be worried?
