First off I would like to apologise for TMI in the up coming post!

My newly adopted son is 8 years old and is blind , has autism, non verbal and severally delayed in all areas of development . My son often puts his hands down his nappy and spreads the contents everywhere , I often wake to find him in his bed with no nappy on and poo everywhere! He also does this during the day and I have ran out of ideas on how to stop this happening, has anyone got any ideas? It's at the point now I am nervous to leave the room for a split second incase I return to find poo up my walls or even worse all over him.

Toilet training / potty training isn't an option at the moment due to his past experiences of the potty whilst he was in his orphanage in Ukraine.

He needs full body clothing.
M&S have a range for older children and there are some specialist retailers online too.

A onesie put on backwards.
Can you use a monitor to let you know when he wakes up so you get to him earlier?
