So my 20 month old is (I think) coming down with a tummy bug. Her childminder has one currently and she's been 'off' yesterday eve and this morning not vomiting but low fever and fractious, very emotional poor thing. But I guess could just be teething....she was up twice in the night too.
With DC1 I had a strict no TV before 2 rule and this time I am way way more lax. DC2 never gets 'sat in front of TV' by herself normally but will often wander in and out whilst it's on list school for DC1 (usually 45 mins a day in winter).
Anyway I'm wondering what others do when little one is poorly? Today I am supposed to be working at home and feel rather inclined to let her watch TV when she just seems very sorry for herself.
Do others let their kids' watch TV when poorly at this age? I feel so guilty but then keep thinking it's just a one off!
