Suggestions for a nearly three year old lunches.... Seem to give her same boring thing, sandwich, fruit, yogurt, quavers or wotsis.... Never eats it all but like to have it there on offer

DS likes:
scrambled egg on toast,
Cheesy omelette
soup with bread for dipping,
picnic lunch - cheese cubes, grapes, crackers and butter, ham, blueberries, etc
Hummus and breadsticks
Cold or hot tuna pasta with whatever is left in the fridge chucked in - sweetcorn, cucumber, peppers, etc.
Pizza

But quite often all he wants is a cheese spread sandwich and an apple Grin

I'm in the same rut for DS's lunchbox. There's a load of ideas on pinterest.

Fajita wraps with chicken, cheese chunks, little pots of fruit, those bitesize tubs you can get with cocktail sausages or scotch eggs, mini pasties, cucumber chunks, cheese pasta salad.

DS has to have healthy food at school so can't even have crisps hence I took to pinterest.

My daughters is two and her fave is quinoa with broccoli and grated cheese. Could do the same with cous cous or pasta and add different green veg. Or a spoon full of pesto!

Home made soups.

She loves boiled eggs.
Dips and crudités (hummus or avocado)
Picnic lunch as above
Peanut/nut/seed butters in various bread or oatcakes crackers etc
Peppapig pasta as a treat/can't be arsed lunch

We roast chick peas in various flavours for a snack
Home made falafels/oat biscuits
Raisin/dried fruit
We had seedy bead and butter and a banana yesterday!

I want to home make pizzas and sausage rolls next. Bet it's easy...

Pancakes are really easy and very popular here, especially rolled up ('roly poly'). Can fill with cream cheese and spinach or one of those tins of mackerel in tomato sauce .
