Sickness bug ?

Ds 3yo was sick at 3 am this morning just the once, has been OK all day eaten less than normal and kept him off sweets/chocolate etc about an hour after tea he was sick again. He has had different foods each day we have all eaten the same things (myself and dp) and feel fine. He is very rarely sick (probably twice before) so not sure if this might be a bug or something else. Temp is fine , can't see any rash and no other symptoms. Not sure if it warrants a gp visit ?

Doesn't need a gp. See how he goes but sounds like a big.
