I need some advice on birthday parties.....My DD has a best friend and a small group of friends at school, she seems to struggle socially and just manages to rub the other girls up the wrong way. I have done everything I can to try and help and guide her with this and I think hopefully she is understanding more as she gets older but it's still not great at school and she tends to get left out of any games/parties etc. She has been invited to a few parties when they invite the whole class but if it is a small group then she will always be the one not invited. There is one girl in her class who has invited all the girls in the class apart my DD last year - it was so upsetting. Anyway it is now my DD party and I feel I should invite all the girls so it gives my DD the chance to be friendly with them and take the moral high ground but I', not sure I make myself invite this girl who has been rude, unfriendly and generally unpleasant to my DD.... So I guess the question is should I let my Dd just invite say 4 girls or take this opportunity to try and integrate my DD and invite all the girls?
