Assuming you mean the bouncer chair, yes. DS was in his younger than that. Make sure he's strapped on on the tighter setting, and lean the seat back into a recline position (there are 3/4 angles it can be set at).

Brilliant for daytime naps or bouncing them while you eat dinner!
