Preparing bottles in advance using Coleif

My 6 week old dd2 has been suffering with tummy pains and we have successfully been using coleif in all of her bottles. However for her feed at 2am ish there is not enough time (30 minutes) for the coleif to take effect and she is then waking up an hour later clearly uncomfortable and then that's her up and grizzly until her next feed at 6.30ish

The coleif instructions say to make it up in advance and keep it in the fridge for up to 12 hours but the advice from the health visitor is to make a bottle and use it straight away and never pre prepare them.

Has anyone else had this issue and managed to work around it? I am happy to get up half an hour earlier to make the bottle but can't always guarantee she will wake up in time to use it before the 2 hour window??

Thanks in advance

As long as the milk is made up with hot water and then cooled and put in the fridge quickly then it can be used within 24 hours. If it is just for one bottle then that's what I would do
