For example: wouldn't it be great if he ate some vegetables? (About DS, 2.5)?

Hollow laughter.

PennyHasNoSurname Sat 26-Mar-16 21:34:40

Only1scoop Sat 26-Mar-16 21:35:10

Wolfiefan Sat 26-Mar-16 21:36:13

I think I slept too long last night!
I'm ready to leave. I just need my keys and money.
I never allow food in my car?
Why on earth don't the parents deal with the tantrum?
My job is the most tiring in the world.

MadauntofA Sat 26-Mar-16 21:36:41

I would never let my DC eat......--chocolate before the age of 10--

SwearyGodmother Sat 26-Mar-16 21:37:07

Gosh I'm enjoying this bottle of wine knowing full well that I don't have to get up early tomorrow*

*actually true as we don't have DC. Not all of us give parenting advice btw.

"You just have to ask them to turn the Xbox off"

Xmasbaby11 Sat 26-Mar-16 21:40:47

Why is that toddler lying on the floor crying?

zeddybrek Sat 26-Mar-16 21:41:22

It can't be that hard to lose the baby weight, your DH could look after baby and you go to the gym. Easy!

lulucappuccino Sat 26-Mar-16 21:41:55

What's wrong with the vegetables one, op?

dudsville Sat 26-Mar-16 21:42:28

Mmm, this lie in is fab... shall we have a relaxing cup of tea in bed, then maybe a leisurely breakfast? I'll read the papers while you research via google for your new laptop. What do you want to do later?

ShebaQueen Sat 26-Mar-16 21:44:03

I'm thinking of getting a cream carpet/cashmere throw/glass coffee table/crystal lamp...... etc.

Tiggywinkler Sat 26-Mar-16 21:44:11

My child will just fit into my life. I'm not changing the way I do a thing!

giggly Sat 26-Mar-16 21:44:43

Let's have lunch you can leave the baby with someone can't you?

DioneTheDiabolist Sat 26-Mar-16 21:44:48

"They'll fit into our lives."
This was said by a childless poster on MN a little while ago. I did a Boycie laugh. I'm laughing again just thinking about it.grin

Roddas Sat 26-Mar-16 21:45:45

"aren't you supposed to make as much noise as possible when they are asleep?"

Oh Yes, what a fanfuckingtastic idea. DD has not slept through the night for 18 months, so of course when she has a 10 min nap in the day, the first thing I do is bang fucking saucepans together hmm

DioneTheDiabolist Sat 26-Mar-16 21:46:08

Oops, x post with Tiggy.blush

PresidentCJCregg Sat 26-Mar-16 21:47:05
