my little man has had his two month injections today and he's been asleep most of the day. is this normal?

Yes - the nurse warned me and advised me just to let her sleep it off and not to wake her.

Yep. One of the perks.

I thought it was but being a new mummy I didn't want to presume. he's normally kicking smiling and never sleeping during the day it's just unreal for me.

4 hours after having them (had them first thing this morning) he screamed for milk and wouldn't settle gave him some more calpol like the nurse said and after about half hour he fell back asleep. I'm guessing he had a fever or headache.

I know I shouldn't say this but it's a nice break I can catch up on my stuff xD

Definitely happened with DS when he had his first, second and even third jabs but not the one-year ones.... It always seemed like a lovely deep sleep to the system assimilate the vaccine.
