poorly 11mo

Hi all, wanting some advice, (waiting for call back from doctor but they said could be tomorrow) my 11 mo ds has had the dreaded S&D but the diarrhoea hasn't got any better a week later and has now developed strange marks on his arms( pic attached)

Anyone any advice on what i can do? He seems ok just a little unsettled but we moved house yesterday so that won't help!

Keep offering fluids and dry food - whatever he will eat, but you're right to see dr if it's been going on a week. Keeping him hydrated is key.

Hope you've have medical advice by now?
