Thinking of juggling bedtimes as have an early riser!

LovelyWeatherForDucks Tue 26-Jan-16 20:09:25

Following! 3.5 year old here wakes up around 5am (clearly still tired) and asleep - shattered- by 7, often earlier. Thinking of reintroducing naps for a couple of days at the weekend to try and shift his body clock.

ThatsNotMyHouseItIsTooClean Tue 26-Jan-16 20:13:32

Between 7pm and 7.30pm (although he is chatting away to himself still at the moment). He wakes around 6.15/6.30. He naps 2-3 times a week.

Blueprintorange Tue 26-Jan-16 20:13:55

8-7am, any earlier bedtime and it means a very early morning!

Diddlydokey Tue 26-Jan-16 20:15:58

Between 7.30-8pm and usually wakes at 6.45 ish. He finally stays in his room until the gro clock sunshine at 7 though.

He naps at the weekend usually.

dylsmimi Tue 26-Jan-16 20:16:09

7 to sleep - wakes constantly through the night sad but wakes up about 6.30 or sometimes after 7 depending on how often up in the night
No naps as otherwise we have a child bouncing about until about 9 or 10 !!

HeyManIJustWantSomeMuesli Tue 26-Jan-16 20:25:19

Goes to bed around 19:00-19:30 is usually still awake (looking at a book or something) an hour or two later. Wakes between 06:30 and 07:30 and wakes up for a wee/drink/cuddle on average of twice a night. He used to go to bed much later, still took ages for him to fall asleep but he slept far worse and woke up the same time in the morning that he does now. This is a massive improvement though to a few months ago!

MyBigFatGreekYoghurt Tue 26-Jan-16 20:26:27

Bed time asleep between 7:30-8:00

Awake 7am

1 hour nap 13:00-14:00

HeyManIJustWantSomeMuesli Tue 26-Jan-16 20:26:39

Oh yeah no naps anymore at all, not for around a year now despite my best efforts nor in the car.

Penguito Tue 26-Jan-16 20:27:49

Goes to sleep at 7, sleeps all night and gets up at 8am. No naps.

AppleSnapple Tue 26-Jan-16 20:29:15

3y2m old goes to bed between 7.30-8(usually the former)
I have to wake him and his brother for school but otherwise they'd sleep on, at the weekends they sleep in til 8.30ish!

RhubarbAndMustard Tue 26-Jan-16 20:30:32

Bed at 7:30, asleep by 8pm usually. Wakes up 7-7:30am. No naps during the day.

goodbyeyellowbrickroad Tue 26-Jan-16 20:33:05

Goes to sleep between 7pm and 7.30pm. More often than not wakes up once during the night but settles back to sleep with no trouble. Wakes up between 6.45am and 7.30am. He'll sometimes have a nap at home and definitely snoozes in the car at the weekend if we're doing a journey over 30 minutes long.

My 3yr 4mth twins go to bed at 7pm (and are usually asleep soon after). At the moment, I'm having to wake them at around 7:45am to get dd to school.

poocatcherchampion Tue 26-Jan-16 22:00:25

1830 latest - 0730/0800
Also a nap a few times a week for up to 2 hours.

We love sleep here!

LBOCS2 Tue 26-Jan-16 22:12:31

Bed between 8-9pm. Wakes between 7.30-9am. No naps (unfortunately).

Works for us, we're not early risers!

Topsy44 Wed 27-Jan-16 16:00:32

Bed between 7-7.30 but sometimes goes to sleep later as she'll have a little play in her room. Up about 6. Gro clock has been amazing as she'll now just stay in her room until the sun shows on it at 6.45. Before that, there were quite a few occasions where she was crawling all over me at 5.30 am! I can't recommend it enough.

neversleepagain Sat 30-Jan-16 21:17:45

7pm bedtime, wake at 7:30/8am. No naps.

Pollyputhtekettleon Sun 31-Jan-16 04:56:21

7.30/8pm. Then up somewhere between 7.15 and 8am. Thank god.

VashtaNerada Sun 31-Jan-16 05:36:54

7:30 bed, up around 5:30/6:00. He's usually good and just goes down and watches CBeebies until the rest of us get up at 6:30 though.

minipie Sun 31-Jan-16 22:39:03

In bed 7.15-7.30, asleep by 7.45-8, wakes 6.15-6.45, stays quiet till Groclock turns to sun at 7.

1hr nap most days at the moment (but this varies, some weeks she hardly naps)

PennyHasNoSurname Sun 31-Jan-16 22:41:58

Bed at 6.30, up at 6.30 (but plays quietly in bed til 7). We all leave the house at 7.30 so no flexibility in that really.

GeoffreysGoat Sun 31-Jan-16 22:43:08

6:30/7 - 6/6:30. No wake ups, think he got them all out of the way in his first year! Nap 1.5-2 hours.

Up until two weeks ago he was a 5 o'clock early bird. So I put masking tape over the minutes of a click radio and told him morning was when the clock said 6. He now wakes around 6:30 and is loads happier for the extra! I've also promised him chocolate if he sleeps till 7

shutupandshop Sun 31-Jan-16 22:44:19

My 3.2 year old went to bed at 10hmm hes a nightmare to put down at the moment.

Tottyandmarchpane1 Sun 31-Jan-16 22:44:40

Bed at 6/6.30 latest up anytime from 5-7 regardless of time she goes to bed so earlier is better for us!
