Desperate: 9month old can only sleep in pram

Looking for some help as I am now desperate. My LB has never slept more than 3 or 4 hours (usually 2 though things got better at 6months when we got a CMPA diagnosed).

Anyway, now I can put him to sleep (in a sleepyhead) at bedtime and he's asleep in 5mins, the problem is he then wakes every 2-3 hours. The only way he will sleep longer is if we put him in the pram (I don't need to move the pram just put him in it). It's got to the stage where he will wake, I will get him back to sleep in his cot (he is tired) but then he wakens 10mins later.

I'm at a total loss as to why he only sleeps in the buggy part of the pram and what I can do. I know it's not safe but it's the only way I get a sleep. Does anyone have any experience of this?

TIA

Has the buggy got a hood on it that maybe he quite likes that enclosed feeling? I was going to suggest a sleepy head or lamb skin or something in the buggy and then in the cot so his sleeping surface is the same in both places but sounds like that's not the problem so maybe try and recreate the buggy environment in his cot. I know how hard it is though, I've got one that won't sleep in the pram so the opposite problem!
