Shoes for tiny feet

DD was measured for her first shoes today, as she's now walking. She's a 3.5 E fitting. Clarks hardly do any shoes in this size, and I'm struggling to find anywhere else to get that size.
Can anyone recommend anywhere?

Go to an independant shoe shop who stock a variety of different brands

That is not particularly small. Both my dds started at uk2 and also had 2.5s. There are quite a few first walkers and doodles in that size - which we stick to until they stop !making them in their size because standard Clark's/startrite offerings are so rigid and terrible for their feet. (And pink too )

We also had bobux for DD2 in size EU18 - which is about 2 as well. She also had livie and Lucas us4
Dd2 is now wearing a 3.5 first shoe from Clark's. (Cast off from a friend!)

Same size as my DS who has also just started walking.
We just got him one pair from Clarks as given his feet could grow very quickly don't really want to be forking out for several pairs only for him to be a different size when we go back after 6 weeks

Can she just walk in softer shoes a while longer? Mine wore Those leather booties by 'inch blue' for a few more months at first. Yes the soles get ruined quicker but they aren't walking outside that much at first. Also got some snow thinsulate booties which are watetproof for when the floor was wet/ cold.

Oh and the booties are £5-10 so you can just replace a few times and still cheaper than actual shoes

Thanks for responses. Will see if there's an independent shoe shop near us, but never seen one!
She slips in her pram shoes at home and the childminder as they don't have much grip and laminate flooring! She likes to walk in the garden too, so the mocc ons get her feet wet! Hence buying proper shoes. I swear her feet grow slowly as she's been in the same booties/pram shoes for months!

They do shoe fitting and stock different brands.

They even have their own shoes so you mught find that john lewis shoes fit well and are cheaper than branded.

Ring the store before you go though to check they do fit shoes as the local one to me which is the Trafford Centre in Manchester do fit them but im not sure if its standard for all their stores
