7 week old won't take bottle since we tried formula

Hi everyone. Looking for some guidance. My 8 week old has been taking expressed milk from an event bottle since she was 3 weeks old. She was often a little bit reluctant at first but then would be fine. However one week ago, we thought we would try one bottle of formula a day as I was struggling to cope with the mass cluster feeding that would often happen for 5 hours in the evening and occasionaky carry on through the night. We tried aptimil for three nights in a row in which our poor baby has pretty much screamed and refused and taken less than half an oz. Instead then I mixed a VERY small amount of formula with my expressed milk and the same thing happened! Now she will not even take expressed milk from a bottle at all (before she would take it from my husband and mum). We tried again yesterday (this time at 5pm rather than 9pm after her bath) and she eventually took expressed milk in a bottle but only from me after twenty mins of screaming in her poor dad's face. I have tried a different bottle (tommee t natural) but not sure what else to do? Panicking that I won't be able to leave her at all for 6 months!
