Playing out troubles!!

My son plays out with 2 of his friends. The rules are that he gets changed after school ten goes out then comes in at 5 for tea but can go back out if he has no homework. Lately he hasn't been coming home at 5. When I've gone out looking for him (after giving him 30min) I have found him somewhere he shouldn't be. Tonight he was in a street behind us, where he is not allowed to olay, in a stangers backgarden playing on a trampoline. I didn't know the parents or kids he was playing with. He had been going in their house to us the loo. When I told him it was wrong to do that, he said it was OK because it was his friends friends house. How do I explain its still wrong. He said he understands about stranger danger and about only going where he I allowed, and doesn't understand why am so mad. What do I do?!?!?

Actually regardless of his age, if he's not sticking to curfews and not understanding why he should be where he should, he shouldn't be out unsupervised.
