DS is 19 months and has a 2 hour nap in the day between 12.30-2.30 but for weeks now he is not sleeping well at night - we're in three or four times every night giving him his 'bunny' (comforter), tucking him back in etc. Switched to a duvet from a sleeping my bag but it hasn't changed anything.
My DD started messing around at that age and never stopped; we cut her naps at 22 months and sleep resumed. She would still nap now otherwise and just not sleep at night. It literally went on for months I seem to recall until we binned naps and now she never wakes.
I'm feeling sleep deprived again. He wake up several times just whinging, never genuine upset, but loud enough, and then it just happens on and off. I suspect too much daytime sleep?
