You can do bulk buy on amazon which is cheaper. You can only get discounts on 6 month plus formula, though, it's not allowed to discount infant formula from birth so you won't find any offers on that. But definitely on nappies.

You won't get offers on formula unless it's stuff for over 6 months (follow on, toddlers milks, etc).

Apparently Tesco have a baby event starting 14th Jan other supermarkets tend to join in and have them on the same time ish. Aldi nappies and wipes are good and cheaper than special offers in other supermarkets.

Shops aren't allowed to do offers on infant formula.
Try aldi for nappies.
All supermarkets have offers on nappies most of the time but the offers change you just have to see what's on when you go.

Bulk buy nappies from Kiddicare, their own brand is fine. Free overnight delivery.

Don't buy too many nappies in bulk unless you consider sizes. Newborns go up the nappy sizes quite quickly. I think I went through sizes 1, 2 and into 3 within the first 6 weeks with DD.
