Every single time there is something like a disco, as there has been today, DD gets completely overwhelmed afterwards and spirals out of control about something, anything really. She absolutely loves these parties, WWYD? I don't want her to miss out because she would be gutted but I can't help but feel in some way it's bad for her if it's making her feel like this
To put it in context BTW, we are currently attempting to get her some help with the school counsellor as she is very anxious. Should also have said, she is 7.
