Any ideas what this could be?

Hi. I was wondering if anyone had an Idea what this may be? My daughther is 2.5 years and seems fine in herself but has this rash at the back of her thoat. I've called nhs and they said they would call back. She had tonsillitis a while ago and wondering if she could have it again? (it took 2 days for the nhs to send we to a badger clinic) She keeps complaining of it hurting. Thanks.
