5 month old sweating like a pig

I know that the weather is so hot but I am so surprised how much my child sweats. Just picked her up after a nap and it was soaking wet underneath her. Still BF on demand and putting her normally in just a vest or a summery onesie. Are other babies behaving like this and when should I be worried?

My 20 month old has a really sweaty head after a nap in the summer, even with the window open and just in a vest.

My 7 month old sweats like crazy. He is always soaking after a nap.

He has been like this since a few days old.

Sweaty. Just like his dad. Hmm And he smells exactly like his dad who is also a sweaty beast!

Babies get really hot and sticky until they can roll and move about a lot. Push chairs and car seats are awful. You just have to take spare clothes and change them.

Yep my 11wk old DD is a sweaty mess most of the day.
I use cool flannels, baths that aren't as warm as usual and yesterday we spent 10 mins every hour on the paddling pool.
She is in just a nappy all day and night because her clothes just get soaked.
The worst times are nap times and feeding time. Her hair gets soaked with sweat. There's not much more we can do though except hope for cooler weather!
