What age did your baby stop wearing sleepsuits to bed?

Dd is a tall 19 months (99 centile height), and is wearing 18-24 month sleepsuits to bed. I can't see her fitting into them for longer than the next clue of months. I see mothercare do 2-3 year old sleepsuits, but should. Switch to pjs after these don't fit?

When the sizes ran out in Tesco/ asda. Think it's about 18 - 24 months. Switched to pyjamas after that.

There is no 'should.' If you find bigger sizes and want to put her in them then do so. If you want her to wear pyjamas then do that instead. I personally think they look cute and comfy in sleepsuits as long as possible but I imagine pyjamas are easier once they stop wearing nappies to bed.

Ds is 12 months and has worn pjs since he was about 5months. I actually find them easier as he wiggles so much doing up poppers is an absolute nightmare. Its quicker for us to bung pjs on him.

But dd loved her sleepsuits and was in them until about 2-3 at bedtime.

DD is 2, still in fluffy zip up sleepsuits in winter. In summer it's nappy and singlet (in aust. so 30 degree nights)

DD stopped wearing them when she was 17months because she started walking and all her sleep suits had feet in them and she was slipping on the floors.

I stopped as soon as they could walk. They slipped in sleep suits so got very cute PJs instead. Plus their feet never quite had enough room. You can get warm fleecy ones and put socks on.

10 months. DS has massive feet & always hates wearing clothes.
Got rid of the grobags last month, he's 18 months.
He wears a tshirt & nappy to bed (will shove some PJ trousers on his bottom half once it gets cooler).

Dd1 18 months.

With dd2 I went for pyjamas mainly from 6 months and after 12 months that is all she wears, because the sleepsuits were inhibiting her crawling and walking. I just bought some of those leather slippers from Ebay to keep her feet warm in the winter (twinkletoes shop). I find them easier when changing night time nappies too.

Around 18 months, she's more than capable of regulating her temperature well now, and I prefer bare feet in the house for developmental reasons.

13 months when she started to walk. WHich was annoying because I'd already bought the next size up in the sale but she kept slipping over in the sleep suits.

12 months cos his feet were too big for sleepsuits that fitted him and the next size up drowned him.

In winter its vest, long-sleeved Pjs and socks. In summer it's just long-sleeved Pjs cos he refuses all duvets/covers/grobags....

I hate all the poppers. I gave up when DS1 was about 8 months old and DS2 was about 4 months old. Just a vest for DS2 now and will be separates when it gets colder again.

7 months when she started to pull up to standing so she wasn't slipping on the floors first thing in the morning. Ds was over a year.
