Shoe shop for narrow feet

My dc has very narrow feet, normally E sometimes D.

Clarks don't tend to have a good stock of this size, plus i am not a massive fan of their shoes anyway.

Has anyone got any other brands to recommend? I am thinking Startrite but cannot think of anything else.

Thanks

Startright are very wide IMO. Ds is an E and has never been able to wear startright shoes - they seem like boats on him! :)

Not sure where else to suggest though. There's a pitiful selection of kids shoe places where we are.

lol dd has d/e with high instep and has always had Startrite for school ! Brands like Ricosta and Umi (was Elefanten) are on the narrower side too.

Another vote for Ricosta. Clarks and startrite are way to deep for my Dd3 as well as too wide. With Ricosta you can put an insole underneath the shoe's original insole which is great as they stay put.

Ecco are the same but hardly ever do school shoes if thats what you are after.

I found Noel shoes quite narrow - they have them on Amazon/Javari. Tried some on DD2 who is an F in Clarkes and couldn't even get them on.

Thank you for your replies, I will have a look at those brands on the Internet tonight.
