Oh dear, well he only has to look at me and i'm pregnant, he must have been sneaking a glance because number 4 is due in September.
Problem being he will not want it and is going to go mad, I mean up the wall.
How would you tell him and what if he leaves me ????

Takes two! I hope he doesn't hit the roof though. How old are the others?

How can he? He is as much to blame as you - it takes two. And I gather he saw the precaustions too. I reckon he might need a trip to the hospital himself to make sure number 5 doesn't follow on soon!

How about being the cross voice, saying "You bugger, you got me up the duff again!" Then throw a pamphlet on vascectomies at him and rage that he has to get the snip.
Might take the focus off you!

Good idea! Blimey, it's not like he gets the rough end of the deal!!!

ps...Congratulations, are YOU happy?

Erm, he did it too, y'know. I don't know if anyone ever told you this, but girls cannot make babies by demselves!! I fink you must be a little bit fick if you do not know this already, and also a little strange since you have already made three!

Oh poor you though! Doesn't matter how much the man i sinvolved one always feels rather solely responsible for some really bad reason which I cannot fathom.

Like others have said, how do you feel about it? Not so bad as your dh I guess?!

Congratulations whatever!

Just tell him, remind him of his appendage and its role in all of this and talk it through. You may have to compromise a little but don't make any decisions you personally will regret.

Love to you.

unless you are a scientist conducting cloning experiments, i assume he was involved. 50/50!

however, if you suspect he is going to get mad, why dont you walk into the room, slap him across the face and yell LOOK WHAT YOU'VE DONE TO ME YOU BASTARD. YOU'VE GOT ME PREGNANT. THANKS A LOT!!!

He should have had a vasectomy if he was so dead against another child. If he goes mad, offer him a DIY vasectomy involving 2 bricks Either Spgablog or M2Pw's approaches to telling him sound good to me.

Still haven't told him, I've known for 48 hours now, he is genuinely going to go off his rocker, not looking forward to it at all.
Am going to go for the Spag Bol option though

When I found out I was expecting DD1 it was a shock, we had only been together 8 months and had rented a flat for 6 of those then we bought our house, moved in and a week later found I was 6 weeks pg. He went mental (still have the fist print in my bedroom wall) so I told him I was getting rid and he went out in the car for 2 days. He called to say he was fine and he would be home when he had calmed down, and he did. He came home with a brand new cot that we couldn't afford but it was hid gesture of good will and now dd is nearly 8 and we have a 21 month old too. He want's no 3 but I'm not so sure.
