Woah! 13 h sleep and going 14 h + without eating at night!
not sure what you are asking though, if the schedule fits you and your family and your LO is happy, why change?

My 16mo DS

7.30am wake up/ bottle

8.30 breakfast

9.00 wash/ teeth

11.00 snack

1.00 lunch

1.30 sleep (hour and a half)

4.00 snack

6.00 dinner

7.00 bath followed by milk

8.00 bed

We are trying to move things forward to an earlier bedtime but to be honest I don't want to loose the mid day sleep which gives me some peace.

booboo, if it works for you I'd not change it.

I tend to do lunch nearer 12 than 1 when my guys are under 5, but no good reason...I think I started this when they were moving from 2 daytime naps to one and I was trying to condition them to make the one nap over lunchtime! Early lunch could push them on so I used to give it anytime from 11.30!

Also at this age mine would nap from 1ish to 3ish, but if yours is going 13 hours at night and this is working for you, go with it!

19 month old:
6-7am - wake up (usually nearer 6) then milk and nappy change
8ish - breakfast.
10.30 ish - nap for 2 hours
1.00 lunch
5.30 tea
7.00 bath then milk
7.30 bed.
Timing varies a lot to fit in with how early she has woken up (could be later than 7 if had a disturbed night), if we need to go somewhere for a set time etc.
No set routines for snacks - DD is a fussy eater so focus on more on mealtime, but will give one or two snacks depending on how long between meals, if I am having one, if she seesm hungry etc.
