for you...you can retract feedback if she comes to her senses in the morning. She has to do it hough of course, what an idiot...look and see what sort of feedback she has left for others.

ooh give us a link so we can block her! I'm always honest in my descriptions as well and would be well peed off if someone left me negative feedback when I'd been honest.

Completely understand.
We, like you, have over 100 positive.
When got 1 negative, even after being really reasonable, was very cross.

on your behalf, I have learned something from E-bay, NEVER be the first one to leave feedback when you are selling.

Having said that, I think that ideas about condition, especially when talking about clothes, vary greatly. I have bought things listed as very good condition which were in fact in excellent condition but, once I bought something that was listed under the same definition but it was in such condition that I was embarrased to send it to the charity shop. I didn't leave bad feedback at the time, just mentioned the items had arrived in time.

I won't worry too much about it, I would rather buy from somebody who has 112 positive and a negative than from somebody who has bought a couple of things and has a perfect rating.

thats so annoying. Contact Ebay and tell them what happened, you can retract feedback but obviously she has to agree to it.

People will see your previous feedback and hopefully not be bothered by 1 neg.

HMO2 - You can email me your ebay ID if you like and I'll post a link to it.

Well the sandals look fine to me, HMo2, and the other comments on your feedback speak for themselves.

Hm - looking at squelid's feedback, esp this , (lots of random links but what are you getting?), he/she is possibly a little bit wurr (cf the Fast Show!)

I think your follow up to the feedback was good. You offered her a refund, what more could she have wanted?

on your behalf

I doubt she's really sent them to the Charity Shop .... that bit was probably added for effect. You do get some very odd people on Ebay, though thankfully I've never encountered any of them personally - so far.

The shoes in the ad looked lovely though and a bargain to boot ! Had they been slightly larger, and I'd seen them, I'd have bought them for my daughter to see her through the rest of the summer.

I'd be tempted to ask her to send you a picture of them so you can see the biro marks. She may say she no longer has them but I'd like her to prove they had biro on!

send her an email and ask for a picture. Or to return them for a full refund if she will retract feedback.
