What is worse than finding a worm in your salad ??

Finding half a worm, boom boom

RTKangaMummy Wed 27-Jul-05 21:47:42

tell us where it was and we can all avoid

<< yuck >>

Think everyone should get money back I wouldn't want to eat a meal if friend had forund worm

was it dead or alive?

At least if it was half a worm might think had eaten other half !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It happens, if they were to charge extra for the manpower involved in having someone check every leaf of salad, then people would never eat out.

it was alive, and the thought that there is been more today

RTKangaMummy Wed 27-Jul-05 21:59:50

south yorkshire, brand new family pub, if my ds found that he would never eat again

jamiesam Wed 27-Jul-05 22:07:06

I can understand that kitchens can't check every leaf with a microscope. But if they are caught bang to rights, then they should expect to refund a table full of gipping customers.

Trace2 - try Council's Environmental Health - if this is more than a one off, they certainly ought to investigate.

(You must tell us which pub on Friday btw!)

RTKangaMummy Wed 27-Jul-05 22:07:22

They need to sort it out

I will not be going to Yorks

btw {Live in south}
