According to The Times Book of Modern Manners, the correct phrasing would be something like:
Mrs Haus Frau thanks xxx xxx xxx for her/their kind invitation to the wedding of their daughter xxx on Saturday, 30th July but is sadly unable to accept.
Yours would read wedding recption (not just wedding) I guess.
