I know there isn't one in the Canterbury/Thanet/Ashford end, but Maidstone, Medway anywhere? I'm dying to see what all the fuss is about and need cheap stuff for my holiday.

Nothing comes up on Google and it doesn't seem to have a website.

There's one in Chatham High Street. "What the fuss is all about"? Blimey, don't get out much, do you?

turquoise Mon 18-Jul-05 09:38:10

Sad but oh so true HD

cadbury Mon 18-Jul-05 09:39:19

With xp! Blimey, that's brave. I hope he's paying!

When are you coming to Chatham then?

turquoise Mon 18-Jul-05 09:45:02

Damn right! He had the gall to tell the children it's my birthday present - he owes me at least ten times more than the cost of it anyway! Anyway I won't rant. It will be much more fun for the kids though this way.

We go on saturday so we'll be over one day this week - when the weather turns.

fishfinger Mon 18-Jul-05 09:47:06

well youll all look odd if htats what you wear to go out as a family

HappyDaddy Mon 18-Jul-05 09:48:58

Primark stuff is rubbish, anyway. It falls apart after about two washes. False economy.

Fio2 Mon 18-Jul-05 09:49:59

it isnt rubbi9sh take that back happydaddy

HappyDaddy Mon 18-Jul-05 09:50:43

It is rubbish, even Tesco or Asda clothes are better quality.

Fio2 Mon 18-Jul-05 09:58:45

yes but it is CHEAP

Fio2 Mon 18-Jul-05 09:59:23

ACTUA;L;Y THE KIDS STUFF IS OK, HONESTLY A QUID FOR A PAIR OF PYJAMAS, THEY ARE FINE EXCEPT THE MOTIF ON THE FRONT HAS PEELED A BIT

HappyDaddy Mon 18-Jul-05 10:02:32

Tesco and Asda are cheap too. And the labels dont come off after the second wash. And they dont go all bobbly.

cadbury Mon 18-Jul-05 10:12:35

hark at you mr domestic!

HappyDaddy Mon 18-Jul-05 10:23:38

And that's surprising, why, Cadbury?

cadbury Mon 18-Jul-05 10:25:40

not surprising HD, just kidding with you

HappyDaddy Mon 18-Jul-05 10:27:02

OK, then, let you off.

dejags Mon 18-Jul-05 10:27:03

nout wrong with the Primark kids stuff. The jeans, fleece tops and a couple of jumpers I bought DS1 6 months ago are still going strong.

But must agree that the adult stuff doesn't last very long at all

HappyDaddy Mon 18-Jul-05 10:31:36

So am I a snob for preferring Next, then?
