I need to get the address changed for my licence, but I need it done within the next three weeks.

Is this possible? How do I do it?

Anyone?

In my experience the licence comes back very quickly.

Just send your current card/paper license parts back to DVLA - I got mine back within 3 days so you'll be fine.
