Ah, the beauty of working as a delivery driver - no 'business trips'.

3 weeks and soon again, tbh i even thought he was having an affair this morning as i just trusting of him then thought how irrational

stitch Wed 25-May-05 14:27:29

no other woman would put up with him. sometimes wish he'd find someone.

expatinscotland Wed 25-May-05 14:28:39

I had a boyfriend whose dad was a lorry driver, and he was found to have 'another life' - including 'wife' and three kids! .

WigWamBam Wed 25-May-05 14:29:12

The most was five weeks, he's not away as long these days but is regularly away two nights a week.

Never, he doesn't have that kind of job.

Flum Wed 25-May-05 14:34:54

Longest 10 days (actually that was a fishing trip tacked on the end of work)

But he is away every week for 3/4 nights. His office is in Manchester . Means I get control of the remote though and no cooking - yahoo!

moondog Wed 25-May-05 14:35:20

God,fascinating expat! How did they find out? What did your b/f think? Did they really have no idea?
Poor bloke must have been exhausted..

Flum Wed 25-May-05 14:36:17

Expat. I had dreadful 'irrational' fears of that when I was pregnant. You do hear of it thouhg and its always the least expected.

Cooperoo Wed 25-May-05 14:36:32

Four months overseas....He is in the services though. Does that still count??

emmamama Wed 25-May-05 14:36:37

3 weeks. He's away about 2-3 nights most weeks.

I have often thought about him having another family somewhere. It might even be someone one here, and they don't know about his other family either.

Does this sound familiar to anyone?
