oops just over-garliced my minestrone soup

my hand slipped (had no fresh garlic so used powdered)

suggestions for reducing the over-garlic in my soup gratefully accepted (have already increased stock as much as possible)

could you perhaps add a few strong herbs to 'mask' the flavour (and smell )??
