I would be edging towards thrush what with the spots. Nappy rash doesn't usually have spots, also how is it responding to nappy cream?

with the nappy cream is not really working (as its a superb johnson nappy cream that usually clear nappy rash within a day) so i have left her nappy off (she is nearly 7 months old) but she ended up soaking herself on the changing mat - oops!

it could be thrush but try metanioum nappy cream, its fantastic, our dd who is 9 months had a dreadful case of nappy rash(we werent neglecting her , honestly!!) it got worse and worse with more spots appearing and really red and we tried sudocrem etc, it didnt work, within 2 days of using metanioum after every change it was gone, if that doesnt work then go to the doctors.

hi, we always used sudocrem or bog standard boots nappy crem on my lot but what you could do is get some metanioum and use it till you see doc on tues, or failing that, if its thrush, rub some live yoghurt on her bum!
