do I need to do something different when burning audio rather than just data?
I usually just copy, paste and burn.

xp I think. Its on my colleagues pc. But I think it is just a data cd - they were v. cheap and diff to the ones we normally buy and we used to be able to pirate cd s on them - bad people!

Probably will work if you use a specialist program like Nero or Roxio to do the audio streaming and burning.

I never pay much for my cds but they all take audio.

lol Mine are only cheap ones from Lidl. £3 for 10!! They work though. If they're only cheap I'd just give it a try and see what happens!

You can still copy audio on to them

open the folder with the audio tracks in
select the files you want to burn
click record to audio cd on the task bar
windows media player should open
click copy music

or just select audio if you're using a program like nero or sonic

you have to copy as audio or it will just burn the mp3 files (or whatever they are) onto a cd, not in audio format
