I'm joining a gym!!!!!

Well good for you. You might have to ask the instructor for some of those answers. Just wear comfy training pants and a t-shirt, but get some decent trainers.

I've just started jogging (twice a week) and swim once a week. Have been doing this for about a month but no change yet! Think the gym will target areas better though. Think positive!

Good for you. I went to the gym yesterday for the first time since DS was born and he's ...erm... 5! I did a Pilatus course and today I can really feel the muscles which were worked. What you wear I guess depends on what you do. I just wore leggins and a tee shirt, no runners. I can only go once a week at the moment but felt so good mentally, as I'm sure you will, I feel like I've made a huge leap forward already - no idea when/if any 'real' effects will show!
