Looking for a venue to organise a 3 day course in London... any ideas?

There are so many of you... maybe one of you has a good idea.
I am looking for a venue which would be free a Friday, Saturday and Sunday 9 to 5 (3 or 4 times a year).
It needs to be somewhere in London, it needs to be big enough to have 10 (or a few more) women to sit and attend a course.
Either it has a kitchen available (but very least I need to be able to serve teas/coffees) but we could go out for lunch or eat our own packed lunch.
It needs to be affordable.... I have used community centres in large towns and paid £100 for 3 days so that is the sort of money I am hoping to spend but I would welcome any suggestion.

i used to work for a charity in South East London and can remember some of the places we used. they would all be fine for accommodating 10 women.

let me know if south east london is convenient and i'll dig up some names for you.

Somewhere in UCL? I almost went to a conference at SOAS once. Regent's College in Regent's Park but might be expensive. Other colleges, Westminster, South Bank, City, Guildhall....

What about the Abbey Community centre in Victoria/St James Park?
It's in the centre of London Westminster SW1 and from what I know courses can be run there and it's not too pricey as I know someone who runs a childrens arabic course on the weekends.
Don't know all the details but could get them if you want

Quite a good place right in the heart of Camden.... I think its St Michael's Centre or something. Nicely modernised. Could find out. Not surprised about Regent's COllege. Unis might be worth trying still.

Is Anerley near Crystal Palace ? If so yes I am definitely interested.
Davros - could you find out about St Michael, if you can get a number I can ring them....
I basically need 3 days - a room big enough for 10 to 15.
Happy to pay £150 or somewhat more if the venue is good...
I pay less in other palces but I guess London is London !
I need to find a venue for my July course.
Thanks guys.... MUCH appreciated!

The American Church, Tottenham Court Road 0207 580 2791
Battersea Arts Centre (great cafe) v close to Clapham Junction 0207 223 6557
Blackheath Concert Halls, Blackheath (SE) 0208 318 9758

Do you still want the details of St Michael's in Camden? It would be impossible to park but very near to tube and not far from Euston/Kings X. I might have to go there to see but may be there tomorrow anyway. Let me know.

Charlton House in Charlton has rooms for hire. No idea of cost but I think it's local authority owned so wouldn't expect it to be extortionate. I went to NCT classes there.

Well I have called them all, they are all VERY expensive or not free for some of the days.... any new idea?

Davros - can you still ask the tel. number?\
Thanks

How are you doing on this Pupuce? I got the number of St Michael's a week and a half ago and forgot to post! Its nothing special but quite clean and newly refurbished and a good location for transport.
The number is 020 7482 5941 and the address is 8 Greenland Street NW1.
Good luck!
