I need to choose some pieces for my wedding. I dont want to walk in to here comes the bride.

I am getting married in a teeny tiny church in gretna green and need somethign to walk in to, something whilst we are signing the register and something for us to walk out to.

Im looking for funny suggestions for walking out - something unexpected that will raise a smile.

I would like my walking in music to be moving and raise a few tears!

Any ideas anyone?

I heard a piece of music about 10 years ago and vowed I would have it to walk in to. I did - played live and everything - was so nervous that I couldn't remember one bar of it!!

Hi,
How about whiter shade of pale to walk in to (sounds great at the start) I wanted it but my Mum vetoed the idea.
Just sit down one afternoon or evening and go through your music collection, choose what you want and stick with it!!
Hope the day goes well

cod, snap, we had the Eurovision music, too- very sophisticated!

I can't remember what we went out to- I know I wanted it to be "The Bright Side of the Road" or whatever it's called by Van Morrison, but vicar wouldn't allow it- had to be played on the organ!

Do you think "I love to hate you" would be inappropriate for walking out?

A friend of mine walked out to the Blue Peter hornpipe (she and her h are big sailors) which caused hilarity apparently

i walked in to first movement of schubert piano sonata 984 which is solemn and lovely for a small room - poss playable on the organ if that's the option.

or have a listen to the pastoral by handel from the messiah?

walked out to 'she's funny that way' played by joe pass (jazz guitar). a jazz standard can be really nice and mellow.

Yes cod, that is a good idea.

....lets face the moonlight and dance is good as it is the signal of the end of the ceremony and ready for the celebrations
