Should I Call Social Services?!

I am getting very worried about some children I see on a regular basis.

There is a little girl called Dora who's parents let her out to roam on a regular basis - she is always getting into sticky situations and has no good role model in her life. Also I am worried about 2 other kids called Max and Ruby - their parents are always down the pub abd Ruby has to look after her little brother ALL the time. I am worried she may burn the house down.

What should I do?

also, the time when Ruby (who i think is only 7) was using a hot stove and frying an egg for Max's breakfast

There is someone i worry about as well .... Her name is Maggie, she must only be 7 ... her parents let her out all hours!!! She often has to look after her triplet cousins by herself ... and she plays with a pig and a Ferocious beast

personally, the babies round here (tommy, chucky, phil and lil) their parents shock me. they leave the babies with a grandad who suffers narcoloepsy, so the babies are always getting into 'trouble'. and then they have a horrible cousin called angelicia, who is the most spoilt brat ever and deserves a smacked bottom. The dog takes mroe care of the babies than the parents.

There are loads of kids like this. It's so sad.

I know of one - ds and I see him most mornings - and he can't be more than about 7 or 8. He is always hanging around with this really old bloke - big grey beard, pointy shoes - real weirdo. And the little boy is always running around after him, doing errands and so on. He always seems to be home alone at night. I've also seen him talking to these two very dodgy characters - one's called Sly, I think? - who I know have got criminal records - they're persistent re-offenders from what I can see.

It really makes me sad - what is the world coming to when these kids are left to fend for themselves this way?

Oh it has just gotten worse... poor Dora is now not just roaming on her own but being accompanied by her baby twin siblings! Do those people have no conscience?!

I saw ruby giving max a bath, it's really dangerous to leave kids playing with water and the parents never seemed to be in on a night as I saw ruby trying to settle max down one evening, sigh, poor things at least i see bunny scout leader visit here and there.
