Have borrowed my sister's trampette to assist with keep fit drive - jogged/bounce for an hour whilst watching Jamie's School Dinners - but is that all there is to them? How do you maximise the work out?
I suppose you could do some arm exercises with some light hand held weights.
apparently they're also good for pelvic floor exercises - I think if you don't wet yourself when you're bouncing, then your pelvic floor is in good shape!
