Had parents evening tonight for ds1. His english teacher said " before I say anything about your sons work, I just want to say that he is the politest, kindest boy in the whole school. When I see him in the corridor and he holds the door open and wishes me good morning, it lights up my day"
and at the end he said "x always knows the answer to any question I ask straight away, but often doesnt put his hand up, just sits back , gives me "the look "and lets other children put their hands up and have a go, then he will put his hand up and answer at the end, so that other children dont feel bad about themselves for not knowing the answer straight away"
How proud was I !
