Votes from non-responsive voters may not be counted. sit-up has the right to remove any baby from the competition where we believe that voting does not adhere to the "one person-one" vote rule (this includes, without limitation, where duplicate, fraudulent and/or non-responsive emails are discovered voting for the same baby).
