stage 2 car seat in the front?

Am hiring a 2 door car, probably either a corsa, panda or fiesta. Just wondering if it's ok to put dd 3 in the front if it's got an airbag? I don't know if it does have an airbag but anyway.........

I think i'd prefer to put her in the back but want the option.

yes you can put her in the front but put the seat back as far as it will go, (i presume its a forward facing seat). It is always advised to put them in the back though if possible for forward facing seats. Obviously if its a rear facing one then you will have to turn the airbag off if in the front.

It's not illegal but not advisable as far as I understand.

thanks . It is a forward facing one. Is just nice to know I have the option if it's really awkward to get her in the back.
