Help with Retirement 'Quote'

Dh's uncle is retiring soon and we are looking at engraving something for him. Dh has been searching for a short latin quote that is something along the lines of rest, work, retirement etc. He feels that there must be one out there ..... I said a mumsnetter is BOUND to know! Please help!
