Me and dp cook a really nice chicken break baked in lemon and flour (sounds gross but is V tasty!)

We have it with homemade cous cous with oils and peppers and stuff

Potato skins with mixed beans and sour cream to start?

this is my ideal meal!!!!!!!

Smoked salmon to start? It's easy and sexy and you don't have to do anything except serve it with a wedge of lemon

Chicken breats, marinate them in olive oil, lemon juice and garlic in the fridge for a couple of hours and then fry them. You could serve with a salad or veg but a salad is really quick and easy too, especially if you buy it prepared

Pudding, what about Nigella's slut red raspberries in Chardonnay jelly? You could make it the day before. Or buy decent ice cream and fresh strawberries/other fruit. The recipe's here somewhere, let me know if you want it.
Easy!
