would you have a face painter at your kids birthday party?

ok just lookig for your opnions really.
am thinking about doing face painting for kids birthday partys & was just wondering if any of you would hire one & how much you would be happy to pay depending on how little faces there was!
any advice/opnions would be great

They would have to be multi-talented and offer more than just face painting.

Some children really hate having their face painted and if a parent is goign to pay for entertainment, they want entertainment, not a queue of kids to entertain whilst they take it in turns to have their face apinted, iyswim

i would.

i face paint at my kids parties though.

but would love to look into glitter tattooes etc as well.

no, i would do it myself - and i aint no artist!

most kids love that they have a bit of slap on - no matter what it looks like

waste of money imo - much more fun if you and other mum friends do it

I got an entertainer in for dd's 3rd birthday party, and she did face painting as part of the deal.... the children loved it and I would really want it part of a party package again if I could have it....

no wouldn't do it, too many kids get reactions to the paints, and you don't want a heap of mums on your case.

we do facepainting, if you've got about 30 children it will take all that time to face paint each one
