My local Wickes has a showroom of conservatories. They have given me LOADS of inspiration as some of them look amazing and they have done wondrous decorating things with what is basically a white plastic room! You could pop into your local branch - they might have brochures that would inspire you as well.

How about painting the inside of the window frames white too (bright white). Then do white shabby chic couches (ikea do some very cheaply, or buy them used out of Loot and get new covers. They do brightly colored cushions and a brightly colored rug. Get rid of pine table and pine shelves and replace with something antique. Or something from "world" type store that sells morrocan or similar style. Or paint and distress existing shelves to fit with shabby chic.
