Birthlight Swimming Classes

Has anybody heard of these or been to them. They are mentioned in Pregancy magazine this month. If so, what did you think? Are they better than normal classes?

Yes I've heard of them, in Cambridge they are run by a lady called Sally who does Yoga as well, are you from Cambridge? I have got some details if you'd like them, but they are of course in Cambridge?

Thankyou but no I'm in London. How do you find the classes? I checked the Birthlight website and no London classes are shown but e-mailed and was told some were starting soon at Swiss Cottage.

How do you find the ones in Cambridge? Are they better than normal waterbabies classes?

Hurrah!

I have just been told they are starting in Swiss Cottage on the 27th Feb! Off to buy a new cossie now!
